Our fashion and bespoke artworks are customized to meet your specific needs, we do not accept returns. However, we will work with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your artwork before it is shipped to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged artwork, and let you know when the replacement will be ready. Once it is ready, we will automatically ship your replacement within 14-21 business days.
